H2R

H2R is a jewellery brand co-founded in 2026, producing an adjustable sterling silver ear cuff with ethically sourced, hand-processed opal stones. The product is designed to be worn at multiple positions on the ear — no piercing required.

The pipeline was built entirely in-house: the cuff was designed in CAD, prototyped via 3D printing (multiple iterations), cast in sterling silver through a specialist jeweller, and finished with hand-set opal stones. Brand identity, packaging design, and product photography were all produced in parallel.

As Technical PM and co-founder, I owned the full pipeline — from the initial CAD geometry through to production readiness and brand launch.
